Su plan de estudios integra formaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica en derecho penitenciario, manejo de crisis, tratamiento de internos y derechos humanos. Los egresados est\u00e1n preparados para garantizar el orden en los establecimientos penitenciarios con profesionalismo y \u00e9tica. Adem\u00e1s, desarrollan habilidades en vigilancia, control y defensa personal. Se comunica de manera efectiva, interpreta instrucciones vinculadas a su profesi\u00f3n mediante el uso del idioma ingl\u00e9s, maneja herramientas inform\u00e1ticas en su pr\u00e1ctica laboral.
